Cloudlinux is one of the most important thing for limiting user’s resources. But sometimes we can’t find a proper way to uninstall if even if we follow some documentation for uninstalling then when we try to reinstall using installation command that time it does not work so in this official article I am publishing how to uninstall cloudlinux or cloudlinux shared pro is a proper way and by the way after uninstalling it you can reinstall using cloudlinux official command or using our commands (Clients Only).
- Login to your SSH via putty/Bitvise SSH
- Paste this code below
cd~
wget -O cldeploy http://repo.cloudlinux.com/cloudlinux/sources/cln/cldeploy
sh cldeploy -c
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/cloudlinux_system_install -c
yum upgrade -y
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/easyapache –build
yum –disableexcludes=all install kernel
rpm -qa |awk ‘/^kernel.*lve/ {print $1|”xargs yum -y erase”}’
rpm -qa –qf “[%{VENDOR} %{NAME}n]“|awk ‘/CloudLinux/ {print $2|”xargs yum reinstall -y”}’
rpm -qa –qf “[%{VENDOR} %{NAME}n]“|awk ‘/CloudLinux/ {print $2|”xargs yum downgrade -y”}’
rpm -qa –qf “[%{VENDOR} %{NAME}n]“|awk ‘/CloudLinux/ {print $2|”xargs yum erase -y”}’
And you need to wait until it finished.
Now your cloudlinux is now uninstalled perfectly now to reinstall it you need to run a command called ivxcx --install
it will install the full cloudlinux shared pro but don’t apply this into your server if you are not our license client to buy a license you can visit: starlicense.net/licenses
